New Products, New Solutions: Opening a New Chapter in Diverse Applications
At this exhibition, in addition to showcasing the application of Feiyang's polyaspartic materials in industrial coatings, waterproofing materials, floor coatings, adhesives, and more, we will also highlight several new products with unique features. These new products offer even greater possibilities for expanding the use of polyaspartic in various industries.
1.Latent Resin: Chain extender, extending the pot life of polyaspartic
Features: Cures at room temperature or low temperatures, relatively stable in storage, more efficient production
Applications: Can be used as a latent curing agent for wet-cure polyurethane, as well as latent curing agent for epoxy resin, waterproofing, floor coatings, reactive one-component adhesives, and bonding agents.
2.Water-based Polyaspartic Coatings: Water-based materials that closely resemble oil-based coatings, fast drying in 2-3 hours, wash-resistant (for roller-coated floors and spray-applied walls)
Applications: Production of low VOC, zero VOC, odorless water-based coatings, preparation of water-based topcoats or floor coatings.
3.Ultra-low Viscosity Resin: F411, F2401
Features: Solvent-free, low viscosity, weather-resistant, rigid
Applications: Anti-corrosion, waterproofing, flooring, adhesives, plastic decoration, wood furniture, automotive paint, foam landscaping, concrete waterproofing materials, windmill blades.
4.Low Viscosity, High Elasticity Curing Agent: GB963A-100, GB963B-100
Introduction: This product is an HDI-based prepolymer with extremely low viscosity, high elasticity, excellent weather resistance, and solvent-free properties.
Applications: Waterproofing, anti-corrosion, adhesives, etc.
Features: Outstanding weather resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and rebound performance.

What is Polyaspartic?
Polyaspartic, a type of slow-reacting, high-performance aliphatic coating material, is considered the third generation of polyurea. It is a new type of two-component, slow-curing, highly weather-resistant polyurea material. With nearly 30 years of application history in the European and American markets, the technology has been applied in China for 15 years, following key breakthroughs by Feiyang.
