Highlight 2: Four core new products address industry pain points and expand application boundaries

At CHINACOAT2025, Feiyang Protech will showcase a portfolio of polyaspartic products for diverse sectors, including industrial protection, green building materials and agrochemical intermediates. Among them, four core new products are designed to address critical industry challenges, combining innovation with practicality:

• F449: Compared with the classic grades F420 and F520, F449 offers significantly lower viscosity, which helps reduce internal curing stress in the coating and enhances adhesion between the coating and substrate. Its application properties are close to traditional PU systems, making it suitable for construction machinery coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings and industrial flooring.

• F424: A fast-drying polyaspartic grade with lower viscosity, longer pot life and improved flexibility. With a solid content of up to 99.5%, F424 helps reduce VOC emissions in the construction machinery sector and is well suited to assembly-line production.

• FW5502: A solvent-free, self-emulsifying waterborne polyaspartic ester resin with outstanding UV resistance that does not yellow or chalk and offers strong solvent resistance. It is ideal for interior and exterior wall coatings, floor topcoats and clear varnishes.

• GB963-100: A solvent-free, low-viscosity product that can be used in solvent-free elastic weather-resistant topcoats, low-temperature-resistant elastic coatings and elastic adhesives.

These new products aim to directly tackle key technical pain points while opening up new application frontiers for polyaspartic materials.

Highlight 3: New two-level booth for an immersive brand and technology experience

For this exhibition, Feiyang Protech has designed a brand-new two-level booth, creating an immersive visiting experience that allows guests to intuitively feel the strength of the Feiyang brand and its technological capabilities. What is polyaspartic?

Polyaspartic (polyaspartic ester polyurea) is a new type of aliphatic, slow-reacting, high-performance material that has emerged in recent years in the field of polyurea new materials. Often referred to as the third generation of polyurea, it features two-component curing, relatively slow cure speed, outstanding weather and UV resistance, high abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance and high strength.
