These include designing and constructing a polyurea material production line with an annual capacity of 26,000 tons, a diethyl maleate production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, and the expansion and renovation of the R&D Center. We are committed to deeply exploring the cutting-edge applications of new polyaspartic polyurea materials and technologies in various fields, leading the technological progress of the entire industry, and injecting new momentum into the future development of the chemical new materials industry.
26,000 Tons Polyurea Material New Project
In July 2023, Feiyang began designing and constructing the new 26,000 tons polyurea material project. Upon completion, Feiyang will have a total resin-related capacity of 46,000 tons.
The new project effectively enhances the existing polyaspartic resin production process, achieving a fully automated production line from raw materials in the tank area to production devices and finished product packaging. This automation reduces the workforce by 50% compared to the original production line and doubles the per capita output value, resulting in significant economic benefits. Additionally, the new production line's product design specifications are fully upgraded, capable of directly producing high-purity bio-based polyaspartic polyurea resin.
20,000 Tons Diethyl Maleate Project
To consolidate and expand Feiyang's advantages in the polyaspartic polyurea industry chain and build a second engine for the company's high-quality development, Feiyang began constructing the 20,000 tons diethyl maleate project in June 2023. The project completed basic construction, equipment installation, instrument debugging, and pipeline cleaning and pressure testing within just six months, and all trial production work was completed ahead of schedule in early 2024.
This new diethyl maleate production facility, distinct from other similar facilities, incorporates multiple innovative technologies. It utilizes Feiyang's independently developed continuous production technology, which holds independent intellectual property rights. Compared to the batch kettle method, this technology offers high efficiency, high and stable quality, and energy-saving and environmental protection features. It is the world's first 10,000-ton continuous production facility, with product quality reaching the highest industry standards.
Feiyang R&D Center
Feiyang has always been committed to exploring the cutting-edge applications of new polyaspartic polyurea materials and technologies in various fields, aiming to lead the industry's technological R&D and development. In November 2023, we launched the R&D Center expansion project. Now, a new Feiyang R&D Center with a building area of over 3,600 square meters and three vertically planned floors is officially in use. Its space layout is scientifically and reasonably integrated, incorporating a smart exhibition hall, R&D laboratories, pilot scale-up areas, process research rooms, and a precision testing center, among other multifunctional facilities.
