The Feiyang R&D Center, newly completed on April 16, 2024, is responsible for the research and development, application, and promotion of Feiyang Group's polyaspartic polyurea new materials.
The Feiyang R&D Center covers an area of 3,600 square meters, integrating multiple functions including research and development experiments, precision testing, administrative offices, and a smart showroom. It is equipped with comprehensive R&D laboratories and various precision testing facilities, capable of undertaking tasks such as raw material testing and analysis, synthesis of new polyaspartic polyurea resin curing agents, innovative application research of polyaspartic polyurea coatings, and construction and process research. The center provides professional and efficient technical support to polyaspartic polyurea customers in over thirty countries and regions worldwide. It brings together more than 50 full-time R&D personnel, including 5 industry leaders, all of whom are senior industry experts with an average of over 20 years of rich experience. They possess extensive experience and outstanding achievements in the research and development, application evaluation, and market promotion of polyaspartic polyurea materials.
The Feiyang R&D Center has introduced a series of innovative polyaspartic polyurea products.
- Improved salt spray resistant polyaspartic polyurea: Developed models F4202, F4208, and F5209, which enhance the salt spray resistance of polyaspartic polyurea primers.
- Low viscosity polyaspartic polyurea: F410 and F411 feature lower viscosity than F420 while maintaining the same high strength and weatherability.
- Self-thixotropic polyaspartic polyurea: D2970 is self-thixotropic, allowing for the production of polyaspartic polyurea orange peel paint without the need for orange peel additives, while maintaining high solid content and good corrosion resistance and weatherability.
- Ketimine series: Including models FT335, FT346, and FT610, characterized by low viscosity, fast drying, and long pot life.
- Environmentally friendly epoxy primer curing agent: EPC100 is a solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy curing agent. When paired with solvent-free epoxy resins, it can easily develop epoxy primers with 90% application solids content and provide efficient corrosion protection. When combined with 90% application solids content polyaspartic polyurea topcoats, this coating system can meet China's regulatory requirements for outdoor coating application VOC fugitive emissions.

- Automotive Industry: Applied in workshop chassis paint, automotive quick repair clear coat, fast-drying sanding intermediate coat for medium and large buses, protective paint for new energy vehicle battery casings, and liquid car wrapping films. High solid content and low VOC coatings achieve rapid curing and excellent weatherability, meeting the automotive industry's demands for high-performance coatings.
- Anticorrosion Field: Used in environmentally friendly fast-drying engineering machinery coatings, anticorrosive coatings for petrochemical storage tanks, solvent-free DTM coatings for overhead pipelines, solvent-free DTM coatings for galvanized surfaces, and 90% solid content weather-resistant topcoats.
- Flooring Applications: Applied in heavy-duty flooring, quick repair flooring, cold storage flooring, sports flooring, and decorative flooring, offering not only excellent appearance but also superior wear and weather resistance.
- Waterproofing Solutions: Used in hydroelectric dam waterproofing, kitchen and bathroom waterproofing, exterior wall and roof waterproofing, photovoltaic waterproofing, and sewage pool waterproofing, providing high-strength, highly elastic waterproof layers that are easy to apply.
- Adhesive Industry: Applied in grout sealants, stone joint fillers, electronic potting compounds, river table casting, and artificial ice, emphasizing eco-friendly solvent-free formulations with high strength, toughness, and resistance to yellowing.
- Home Decoration Industry: Used in artistic coatings, home waterproofing, interior wall paints, stain-resistant coatings, and armor fibers.
