GB963B-100 is a weather-resistant elastic hardener developed by Feiyang Protech. It is a prepolymer formed from polyester polyols and aliphatic isocyanates, offering low viscosity, high elasticity, outstanding weatherability, and solvent-free application. In short: it’s eco-friendly, easy to apply, aging-resistant, and crack-free—suitable for even the harshest protective coating scenarios.
When mixed with hydroxyl components, GB963B-100 cures quickly, significantly reducing touch dry and hard dry times. It’s ideal for tight outdoor project schedules and can be applied at temperatures above 10°C, balancing efficiency and practicality.
Once cured, the coating is flexible and elastic, moving with the substrate’s thermal expansion and contraction. This prevents cracking, peeling, and delamination from the source. It also delivers good tensile strength and scratch resistance for long-lasting protection.
With a solids content of up to 99.5%, GB963B-100 has almost no VOC emissions and no strong odor, fully meeting strict environmental standards. Its high solids allow achieving design thickness in a single coat, saving time and labor.
