Orange-figured paint, also known as hammered paint, is commonly used for metal surfaces, hardware casings, and especially in the finishing of machinery and machine tools. It is typically formulated with waterborne acrylic or epoxy resins as the primary material.
Feiyang polyaspartic orange-figured paint, however, uses polyaspartic resin as its core ingredient, achieving a superior blend of decorative and functional properties. Unlike traditional paints with 45% solid content, Feiyang's polyaspartic version reaches up to 75% solid content, resulting in easier film formation and a high-quality textured effect.
The self-thixotropic properties of polyaspartic polyurea eliminate the need for additional texture agents, maintaining surface tension and ensuring a smooth re-coat process. The high solid content also contributes significantly to reducing VOC emissions, making it an environmentally friendlier option.
Additionally, due to the inherent properties of polyaspartic polyurea, this paint boasts excellent resistance to salt spray and aging, capable of achieving double 1000-hour performance—far surpassing the durability of conventional coatings available in the market.
Feiyang has been specializing in the production of raw materials for polyaspartic coatings for 30 years and can provide polyaspartic resins, hardeners and coating formulations. Some of our polyaspartic coating formulations: Polyaspartic Coating Formulations
